Oriental/Asiatic Lillies

Oriental / Asiatic Lillies
There are few flowers that outshine Oriental lillies. They come up on their own every year even bigger and better. They grow on separate stalks from 3' to 5' tall, and come in many types and colors. My favorite is the Stargazer, The blooms get as big as dinner plates and the color is magnificent. I plant them here and there all through my flower beds. For a stunning effect. I have them surrounding my hummingbird feeder. They love them too.
The fragrance is superb, and attracts butterflies as well as hummingbirds. What more could you ask for? For ease to grow and there scent and beauty, I rate them at the very top of my list of favorites.
